Where the material comes from
The five styles come from named sources: Lewin, Lippitt and White’s 1939 trio, Burns and Bass’s pair. Both readings agreed on every categorical cell except the decision locus of the Burns/Bass styles – which Bass himself declined to fix, and the pages say exactly that. No style is scored as the right one.
What this site refuses to do
This is descriptive self-reflection, not management training, and it will not rank you against anyone.
